We supply a large number of schools and aim to provide a convenient and responsive service at a competitive price.
Most of our customers, including educational establishments, order directly from our web site and pay by card which is quick and convenient. We also accept payment by cheque - this is given as a payment option at the checkout.
We recognise that some schools prefer to place a Purchase Order and we are happy to accept this payment method. Purchase orders are accepted from UK educational establishments only and must be confirmed in writing.
Please note our minimum order for a Purchase order is £50.00
To place a Purchase Order
a) Order online and at the checkout select the payment option of 'Purchase Order'. We require confirmation on headed stationary/purchase order form from the educational establishment before the order is sent which should be sent to

b) Complete your school purchase order form with full order details and send to us by post or alternatively an order can be emailed on headed stationary to firstname.lastname@example.org
We require a school order number, email of person who pays the invoice and name of recipient.
You will be invoiced for your order on dispatch. Payment for Purchase Orders may be by cheque or BACS. Payment terms are within 30 days of placing the order.
