Postage

Orders are safely packed in a box or 'jiffy' envelope and normally dispatched by the next working day. You can select your prefered delivery method at checkout.

Delivery charges start at only £1 and are based on weight. They are automatically calculated at the checkout when you select the shipping method.

We are not responsible for delay, loss or damage once we have posted your items but will assist in arranging compensation from the Royal Mail or Parcel Force if any problem arises.

We advise Special Delivery or Parcel Force for orders worth over £50 as this assists with tracking and includes at least £150 compensation.

Packages up to 1kg sent by 2nd Class Post are normally delivered within 3 working days of dispatch. Packages weighing over 1kg are sent by Standard Parcel Post which takes 3-5 working days. Compensation up to £36 if your package is delayed, lost or damaged.

Economical service for sending non-urgent items. Post Office delivery aims are 2 weeks for Western Europe and 4 weeks for Eastern Europe. Maximum permitted weight is 2kg. Heavier orders will be split or sent by an alternative method.

Parcelforce 48 gives guaranteed delivery to most UK destinations within 2 working days of dispatch. International Standard is used for deliveries to Europe including the Irish Republic and includes delivery from 5 working days.

Compensation of up to £150 for loss or damage. We normally post the day after order receiving an order.
