Postage
Orders received BEFORE midday will be posted out the SAME DAY.
Orders received after midday will be posted out the following day.
Orders received at the weekend will be posted out the following Monday.
Standard Delivery starts at
£2.95 and is FREE for orders over £50 within the UK. For faster delivery we
offer Royal Mail First Class, Royal Mail tracked 24 and Royal Mail Special
Delivery
Standard Delivery (Normally 2-5 Days)
Parcels weighing under 2kg are sent via Royal Mail Standard Class. Smaller orders under 750g may be sent as large letter if possible so that they can be posted through your letter box. Over 750g, and chunkier items are sent as a small parcel.
Postage cost is calculated by order value:
Up to £20 - £2.95
Up to £30 - £3.95
Up to £50 - £4.95
Over £50 - FREE DELIVERY
First Class (Normally 1-2 Days)
Royal Mail First Class aims to deliver the next working day although this is not guaranteed. If you opt for First Class and your parcel is over 2kg it will be sent with Royal Mail tracked 24 hrs.
Up to 1kg - £4.95
Up to 2kg - £5.95
Royal Mail tracked 24hrs
This service guarantees next day delivery from day of posting and is used for parcels over 2kg where customer has opted for First Class postage.
Special Delivery (Next day)
This service guarantees delivery by 1pm the next working day after posting.
Please note: If you make an order after midday your parcel will be sent the following day. This means the ‘next day’ delivery will be two working days from when your order was made. Of course, with Royal Mail tracked 24 and Special Delivery we do try our best to post out the same day, but this cannot be expected.
