We have reluctantly suspended international deliveries. This is due to the extra administration, delays to packages and costs in terms of duty, taxes and handling charges to both customers and ourselves since the UK left the European Union.
Following Brexit we trialed continuing European deliveries but an unacceptable number of packages have been lost in transit or held for long periods at customs. At present we have no plans to resume European deliveries.
